I finished second in 16.03, Simon R. won and Rezzi was third. I've got a long way to go to get fit, I should be running around tens of seconds faster. I started the first K fine and was just about in the lead, but then I usually get into the race and get going a bit, but I just couldn't get going.

Rezzi came past me before 4K but then didn't keep going, and Simon came past well into the last K. I just wasn't running fast enough. The weather conditions weren't good, but they weren't bad either as the wind was behind the race in the second half, I haven't run over 16 mins at the Bridge for a very long time. I need to get over the end of the "cold" I had in Canada, and then get fitter - but that's going to take some time.
