It will be an effort to get the coach in the morning, as it leaves Gordano at 7.15 - but the Inter Counties could be a good team result if it works out.
I'll be glad when it's over and warm weather training in Faro will be almost packing distance away. It's true we're running the Gloucester 20 mile race, but I'm not sure how much effort to put into that, it could be too much stress on the body before London, so all out racing may not be a good idea.
..but that's for next week and for now I'm hoping the weather isn't too bad tomorrow, as there is a long wait between the womens and the mens race. I've had two really good cross country runs this season, at Blaise and the Midlands, so I would settle for a steady run without any drama.
