It was a very pleasant lunchtime run today, not too cold and not too far as it's Aztec tonight.
Aztec is more of a problem, I've decided to cycle from Abbey Wood, but then I'll have to cycle home, doubtless getting back at gone 9.00pm and having to struggle getting the bike into the garage in the dark. I think the fewer Aztec miles the better, and cycling home will have to do as a warm down. Last time it was Aztec after a 24 mile run I couldn't keep up with Sian warming down, so I'll have to be a bit careful.
...I'm starting to plan our May day holiday, it is a chance for Sian and myself to cycle down to the south coast. I've never cycled further than about 12 miles, and the my new bike may not quite be a Dr Dew, but it should be good enough for me to reach Sidmouth ... well hopefully.
