I really struggled towards the end of my 20 mile run today, I am feeling very stiff and strained in both my legs and body, I guess partly as result of some hard races recently and partly with the cold. The only good thing was that I seemed to have a little more energy than I used to a few months ago - so it seems the training is working even if it's taking its toll.

I gather there were a few races called off this weekend, which strangely makes me feel that I haven't missed too much, so I've tidied up the PC plug and started looking at how to get some plans for rebuilding our out-house (utility room) - I've learnt the term "Permitted Development" ....sounds a good idea.
