The affects of Circuits are still in my body today. John took the class yesterday, and kept everybody changing exercises so quickly that us slower ones didn't know whether we were coming or going. The dance types were well away, I'm not sure all the strong lads were 'enjoying' it so much - in true MOD fashion most of them never give up and enjoy the challenge.

I've decided that I've done enough work this week and haven't got enough energy for training tonight, I'm not entirely sure there is any training as the Midlands is a big race for us. I want to be ready for Saturday, but I think I'm going to be a little tired, a little sad as I like to do my best at Midlands competitions.

..and as I've said before I'm now counting down the days before training in Villamoura with Mike Gratton. I spoke to Mike today, and both Sian and myself will be running at Longleat a week on Sunday - the weekend of the World Trial, this saved me the problem of constructing an email to uka explaining why I should be allowed to run in the trail when I'm nowhere near fast enough - but the race is only down the road in Bath.
