It's easy to forget that Clevedon is the day after tomorrow. This morning I woke up at 09.30, and Sian was still asleep, so I set out on a moderate 6 miler. It was a nice easy run - and I even saw Martin H. running along Fishponds Road.
It will be good to get back to racing, clearly I'm not going to be at my best for Clevedon, but you've got to start somewhere. My current race programme looks hard work for a while, the South West Champs at Exmouth and RAF Halton are not going to be easy, and the Midlands course could be tough, but that will be the worst of the winter over, and the road races will start to come along.
...hopefully the state of the house won't detract to much from running, but that's life.
