I managed a steady session yesterday, Jon was flying especially towards the end, Craig was going well, and Rob was still ahead of them. I survived 5 Aztec mile laps at about 5 mins, ok given the Christmas partying.

Then about a dozen of us went to Westbury, ending up at a Curry house, after a 2-4-1 pizza offer at a local pub wasn't available as it was too close to Christmas. ...we got an update from the Stuart brothers on Helen's plan to run London, Mike met Jerry's new family, little Ali is more of a tennis player than a runner. It looks as if Easter training will be at Exeter, where the student halls are palacial (well that was the consensus of the ex-students).  ...presumeably future athletics socials will include gossip that has leaked out from the UKA house in Teddington!
