I felt I was going quite well today as I racked up another 20 miles in just over 2 hours, but I wasn't any quicker over 15 than I was last week (just under 2.35). I'm not really sure what to make of that, I still see 20 miles in 2 hours as what I need to be doing in training. In reality I'm only likely to get up to 15 miles in 1h 30m, as I stop call back in at the house to pickup a drink then - and I need to get the hang of having a drink on the run (but that does slow me down).
It will be another difficult week, but the parties will be all over by Friday, and although it will be Christmas, we'll have half an eye on Clevedon over the weekend (it's a funny life in athletics).
