I'm struggling through this year's Christmas party season. At the same time the front room is being repaired and redecorated, so all in all training isn't going well at the moment. Hopefully there won't be any alcohol left in the system by tomorrow morning, and I'll be able to fit in a longish run - but just now 15 sounds long.
After this weekend I've only got one more Christmas do, so Clevedon on Boxing Day is a run where I would like to be approaching fitness - given that I've never done that well there, I haven't raced for weeks and I only need to be building rather than at my fitest - I'll be glad if I get round without too much drama .... famous last words.
