Tomorrow marks the first post-marathon test of my fitness, it's the Bridge Inn 5K in the evening. The fastest I've been over that course is 15.24, and I usually run between 15.30 and 15.40, so I should get a good indication of how my speed fitness is recovering.

On Sunday I ran a fairly leisurely 15 miles and today I fitted in a steady 45 minutes, so if anything a little more rested than usual before a Bridge, but getting into a fast battle would not be a good idea.

I'm still struggling to improve my blog - using the flickr API and XML-RPC is proving to be a bit of a battle, so the blog will just have to look as it does for a short while yet ... as we're too busy thinking about future races and house repairs just at the moment.
